These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Adventure Water Sports website and text-messaging service. Adventure Water Sports operates in Fort Myers Beach, Florida at Margaritaville Beach Resort on Estero Blvd. By using our website or texting us, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide jet ski rentals, guided dolphin tours, the JetCar, banana boat rides, kayaks, paddle boards, and beach-day packages. Availability, pricing, age and safety requirements, and scheduling are subject to change and to conditions on the water and weather.
Text messaging terms
When you submit the "Text us" form on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Adventure Water Sports in response to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
These text messages are sent by Adventure Water Sports directly (first party) to respond to your own inquiry. They are not used for third-party or affiliate marketing. Bookings, safety and conduct
All rentals and tours require following our safety rules and any age, weight, and licensing requirements. Florida requires a boating safety certificate, which we handle at the beach. We may refuse or end a rental for safety reasons. You are responsible for equipment used during your rental as described at check-in.
Weather and rescheduling
If weather or conditions prevent your activity, we will work with you to reschedule. Please contact us if plans change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventure Water Sports is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our website or services. Water activities carry inherent risks that you accept when participating.
